All Jewelry Sales Are Final

Due to the handcrafted and intimate nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewelry items. Each piece is thoughtfully created or selected, and we appreciate your understanding of the unique character and craftsmanship that goes into every design.

Crystals & Minerals

We only accept returns or offer replacements on crystals and mineral specimens if the item arrives damaged during shipping.

If this occurs, we will replace the item with a similar crystal or mineral. Please note that no two pieces are identical; however, our team will do their best to match the original purchase as closely as possible.

If a close match is not available, you may choose between a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for another item of equal value.

Timeframe for Claims

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
